Solution: For Local Governments
After competitive bids, Millmac was selected to perform a residential
canal dredging for the city of Holmes Beach, FL. This 20,000 cubic yard
project was to be done with limited boat traffic interruption and full
Manatee protection, along with strict FL DEP oversight. Millmac
completed this project with no cost overruns to the city and within the
allotted time frame. As a result of this successful project, Millmac
was selected to do the maintenance dredging for the city for three
consecutive years.
